Refund/Exchange
We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if you would like to return your purchase for a refund or size exchange, please contact us via email at yy6860@gmail.com .
Returns Policy & Process
We take great pride in our reputation for good service, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or refund.
Items must be returned within 14 days of original dispatch date in a resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached). The Nike exchange/return form must be included with the item when returned. We recommend you utilize registered post as Nikempire.com does not take responsibility for items not received if a customer attempts to send an item to Nikempire.com via non registered post. Please allow 14 days from the day you return your product for your account to be credited or your exchange product to be redelivered.
Faulty Items
Items will be inspected by our Product Assessments team and if the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric defect, Nikempire will replace or refund free of additional freight charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type.
If You Change Your Mind
Nikempire is unable to accept items that have had the tags removed, have been customized, worn or washed. Change of mind returns only apply to items in a resalable condition. Additional re-delivery freight charges will not apply for replacement items. Nikempire will either exchange the item or refund the amount of the item, less the original freight charges.
Incorrect Size
The redelivery fee is credited to your account for exchanging a size.
Incorrect Colour
Nikempire will cover the re-delivery charges if the colour item you received is not what you initially purchased. As customers can appreciate however, colours shown on an internet exchange may not be an exact match to the physical goods, therefore the colour shown is for illustrative purposes only.
Refunds on Shipping and Handling Charges
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received a damaged product, we will refund shipping and handling charges to your credit card.
Return instructions
Send an email to csc@Nikempire.com to specify the reason for returning at first, our support staff will provide you the shipping address.
Please take care when unpacking and repacking your products and enclose a piece of paper includes the following information:
- Your name registered on Nikempire.com
- Order number
- Specify the reason for returning the item
- The email address you use to login to Nikempire.com
Please put this piece of paper, and the product to be returned, into a parcel, and mail to us. Do remember to provide us the tracking number once you have shipped them back.
